Public Hearing

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of Trustees of the Village of Dannemora will hold a Public Hearing on May 7, 2026, at the Village Office, 40 Emmons Street, Dannemora, NY, regarding property conditions at 17 Meadowview Drive. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive public comments and consider action concerning reported unsafe and/or unsanitary conditions, including: (1) an unresolved water break/leak and related water damage concerns; and (2) the removal and proper disposal of all garbage, refuse, and debris from inside and outside the dwelling. If the responsible occupants and/or owner cannot timely correct these conditions, the Village Board may consider further action as permitted by law, including issuing orders to abate the conditions, vacating the premises, and/or condemnation proceedings.
